Found Ship To Cycle online while looking for a courier company to get my bike from Lisbon to Germany. They were quick with getting back to me with a quote and their price was a lot better than the other company I normally use for shipping in Europe. The bike was picked up on the arranged day and delivered within a week. The only frustration was that they could not give me a specific pick up time or even an indication of when the courier will be there which meant I had to be at the flat the whole time waiting for the courier but otherwise I will definitely recommend them and use them again.

I usually don’t tend to write easy and frequent reviews on Google but I had to for STC. Living in Germany despite being French, I bought my dream bike from a local french club. Since I couldn’t get to the city where it was located, I had to find a carrier solution by myself. I’ve been looking directly at major carriers but prices were extremely high and on top of that, I wasn’t pretty convinced by the services brought. Then I found Ship to Cycle online. The service was fantastic and the price lower than every other carrying company. It took two days to get my bike, even if I chose the economy package with a full insurance (which is btw, very low for all the safeties added). The customer service is superb and never lets you down when you’ve got something to ask. Five stars without any doubt!
